Refund policy

We know it sucks big time receiving a wrong or defective item, and that’s why always do our best effort to avoid any production mistakes, that’s why we’re happy to offer you either a refund or quickly replace your item in the rarely and unfortunate case that there is any kind of manufacturing defect with your item or if you received the incorrect item(s). Just send us a photo of the item in question at: support@unholygangsupply.com and we will be thrilled to assist

Note:

For all replacement/refunds requests, they must be made within 30 days of the product delivery, beyond this time frame unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement

 


Exceptions:

Since we manufacture our products on demand and do not hold an inventory like most larger companies are able to do, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for ordering errors, such as:

  • shipping details were incorrect
  • ordering the wrong size or color
  • Ordered the wrong amount of items

However, if you did order the wrong item (you were probably drunk, jk) let us know and we will be happy to work with you and provide you the best solution (probably a big ass discount) so you can get the item you actually wanted at a fraction of the cost or we will do our best to find a solution for you.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final
